The first meeting of the 7th Board of Directors of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Sinopec" or "Company") (hereinafter referred to as the "Conference") was held at the Sinopec Headquarters on May 15, 2018 by on-site meeting. .
The directors present at the meeting reviewed and approved the following proposals by item by vote:
1. Elected Mr. Dai Houliang as Chairman of the 7th Board of Directors of Sinopec Corp.
