Shandong Yuanda Ship Co., Ltd. was established in June 30, 2004. The existing ship including one 2000HP towing / supply ship, one 3000HP towing / supply ship, one 1600HP engineering service ship, one 3000HP project supply ship, one 5000HP Three tugs, and one 4000HP far sea supply ship.
The company is mainly engaged in ship leasing, drilling platform and marine engineering construction; assets investment; ship technical services; selling of petroleum machinery, ship equipment and accessories, chemical products, hardware building materials, downhole tools and instruments; and coastal auxiliary operations.
Yuanda is mainly engaged in providing engineering services for domestic offshore operations, offshore oil exploration, offshore oil operations, oil platform construction and etc.; provide shipping services to SINOPEC Shengli Oilfield, CNPC and CNOOC Tianjin Branch and other oil companies.
Since April 2008, the Company has implemented the safety management system. On June 25, 2008, the Company has passed the interim audit. In March 2009, the Company and its respective ships have obtained the formal certificate of conformity and the safety management certificate respectively.
