Dongying Zhicheng Electrical and Mechanical Technology Development Co., Ltd. was established in 2002 with a registered capital of 10 million yuan. The annual production and sales can reach 50 million yuan. Its main businesses include designation, development, manufacture and selling oil drilling equipment, and providing machining accessories and technology to Shengli Oilfield Drilling Research institutes and other units. All the businesses are approved by the end users, and long-term relationships are established.
The company has achieved ISO9001: 2000 quality management and HSE certificates. Zhicheng adheres the 'providing users with quality products and services by innovative design and rigorous process control' as the quality concept.
The company has fixed assets of 5 million yuan. Its main production equipment includes: CA6140B, CD6140B, HPL3136, CD6160D, CG6125B, GLS-1500, MLV-1020, X8130A, X8140A, X6232X and other processing equipment total of more than 30 sets, three DK series of electrical processing equipment, 5 sets of EDM and others. In addition, there’s some auxiliary equipment like MYQD-GD70 cutting plotter and etc. The equipment is in high precision, and can completely meet different manufacturing requirements.
Zhicheng has 60 employees, eight technicians with experiences and advanced design concepts. The workers have years of experiences in mechanical processing. There are four senior technicians and two technicians who are skilled in military production.
At this stage the company is committed to the development of new pulsars, as following:
1, QDT pulsar. The new pulsars have been tested and working properly downhole. It is characterized by high temperature and pressure, with salvage function, while meeting the small borehole drilling measurement.
2, 650 series of pulsars. It uses the mud turbine generator to supply the downhole instrument, and the positive pulse mud pressure transmission system to carry on the data transmission. It has a good stability, high measurement precision, and is suitable for the large angle well, horizontal well, deep well and drilling measurement.
3, ZC-MOP pulse generator. The pulse generator is an electromechanical fluid integrated device consisted of a pulse generator nipple and a driver nipple. The assembled computer in the driver is to operate the pulse generator. The main principle of this equipment is driving mud by controlling the small valve, then generate a high pressure via upward movement of high pressure main valve to realize data transmission.
4, Inductive resistance current. This equipment is mainly for horizontal wells with drilling geology-oriented and fast low-level evaluation. It can connect with the pulse to complete the measurement of engineering parameter, gamma and induction resistivity in directional wells.
